Our Personal Coaches are serious about fitness, and with obesity levels in Australia escalating it is more important than ever to get fit and healthy through exercise and nutrition. With a recent study by the University of Melbourne showing that less than 25% of women do the recommended 75 minutes of exercise each week and only 20% eat enough fruit and veg! We think this is shocking. Especially when there really are no excuses anymore… not since we started class of the week! A free class each week for the whole community to enjoy!

With classes Mon-Fri at 6am (we thought we would give you a lie in on Saturdays 8am)… you can attend as many classes as you like. But the great thing about our Bootcamp is it comes with full 24/7 access to our gym and group fitness classes! This ensures that you don’t miss your workout, on that day when life takes over!
You will also get free access to our creche (open 9am-1pm Mon-Thur and til 12pm on Fri), so even if you have to bring the little one to the gym with you, we will look after her/him at no extra charge.
There really are no excuses. Only results.
